The room I got was brand-new with a balcony and the bath, for instance. The staff was super-friendly throughout my stay. Particularly good and gorgeous location - walking distance to everywhere I needed. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Sherut Taxi to Tel-Aviv bus stop.

A nice size and brand-new room with fairly clean bathroom. Good service and magnificent location close to Close to buses, main attractions and great restaurants and bars. Also, very close to the center of everything.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Everything in this clean hotel was wonderful. It had great location with access to Ticho House nearby. The property was a useful base for enjoying a very quiet area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a unique charm from the old stone walls. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast and dinner buffet, although we didn't get a chance to try it. The staff, especially Mr. Thaer, were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for food and shopping. I had a fantastic stay at the Olive Heleni Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Location short walk to the modern city centre of Jerusalem. Nicely furnished & wonderful room with balcony, the double bed plus the bathroom. The staff were helpful and the design was nice.

my experience at this hotel was very good. The value for money was excellent, considering the price level of other hotels in the area. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a very good area, with plenty of restaurants and interesting locations nearby. The rooms, although small, were exactly as depicted in the pictures, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I particularly appreciated the small window in my room, which allowed for some natural light. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including real bread, which was a nice touch.

Location: the hotel was close enough to main attractions in Jerusalem, buses, Old City and trains, and Very close to the High Street with plenty of bars. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & incredibly kind.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we definitely want to stay in that area again. It was truly a great stay for one night, the hotel met the purpose. The location was gorgeous, just a short stroll away from an ancient limestone wall.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which gave us a good start to explore the city. The easy access to public transportation and local attractions was a highlight. , the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

The room did not live up to expectations. It was smaller than anticipated and not as clean as we would have liked.

I spent 1 night here and liked that. I have had a very good experience, this cute little, perfectly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff were all excellent and absolutely friendly. Stayed in an a nice size and brand-new room with balcony. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy.
